General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h1>\r\n\r\n

1. Scope of Application<\/h2>\r\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between Nixar \u2013 Hakan Altun, An der Trift 10, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Germany<\/strong> (hereinafter \"Provider\") and its customers.<\/p>\r\n

The Provider supplies exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of \u00a7 14 BGB (B2B). Contracts with consumers (\u00a7 13 BGB) are not concluded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\r\n

The presentation of products on the website [www.serenli.com](https:\/\/www.serenli.com)<\/a> does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.<\/p>\r\n

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the Provider or by execution of the delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

3. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\r\n
    \r\n
  • (1) All stated prices are net prices and are exclusive of statutory value-added tax and shipping costs.<\/li>\r\n
  • (2) Payment can be made by advance payment, PayPal, or credit card.<\/li>\r\n
  • (3) The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

    4. Delivery and Shipping<\/h2>\r\n
      \r\n
    • (1) Delivery takes place within approx. 1 week after order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the offer.<\/li>\r\n
    • (2) Shipping is carried out by DHL or UPS. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.<\/li>\r\n
    • (3) Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

      5. Customized Products<\/h2>\r\n
        \r\n
      • (1) For goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., textiles with embroidery or print), revocation or return is excluded.<\/li>\r\n
      • (2) The customer is obliged to check the data, logos, and templates submitted by them for copyright, trademark, and other third-party rights. The customer alone is liable for any infringements of rights.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

        6. Retention of Title<\/h2>\r\n

        The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment is made.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

        7. Warranty<\/h2>\r\n
          \r\n
        • (1) The statutory warranty rights for entrepreneurs apply.<\/li>\r\n
        • (2) Slight deviations in color, shape, material, or size due to technical reasons do not constitute a defect.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

          8. Liability<\/h2>\r\n
            \r\n
          • (1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.<\/li>\r\n
          • (2) In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.<\/li>\r\n
          • (3) Any further liability is excluded.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

            9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/h2>\r\n
              \r\n
            • (1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).<\/li>\r\n
            • (2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Provider and the customer is the registered office of the Provider, provided the customer is a merchant.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

              10. Final Provisions<\/h2>\r\n
